To help achieve this, we have TPGU, a comprehensive training and development program modeled after university curriculum to ensure we have a highly skilled technical workforce. Schools within TPGU include:

  • Leadership: Founded on the Harvard Business School’s Manage Mentor Program
  • The Blow Molding Process
  • Utilizing Paulson Scientific Blow Molding
  • Maintenance: Electrical, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Robotics, Controllers
  • Blow Molding Press Operation: Comprehensive training for plant floor operations
  • Material Handling: Blending materials and colorants
  • Project Management: Based on the APQP and stage gate processes


TPG not only maintains certification to ISO9001 we are also TS16949 certified for our automotive customers. In addition to the quality certifications we are committed to the environment and are also certified to ISO14001.

TPG is committed to social responsibility and protecting the environment. Working closely with the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, TPG was granted $250,000 and with an additional investment by TPG of $450,000, to establish a robust recycling and reprocessing program. Our Fremont Ohio facility now recycles 1.2 million lbs of plastic each year, the equivalent of 30 million water bottles. The addition of this recycling line also created several new, full-time positions within TPG Fremont.
